Dean FerraraIn the 1980's Dean started his professional career in the direct sales water treatment industry. Because of his immediate success, he was promoted to the branch sales manager for Rainsoft Water Treatment Corporation. After deciding to move back to his home state of Vermont, Dean opened and operated Capitol Water, his own water treatment business which he ran successfully until an opportunity presented itself to help build a service sales department for a pre-dominantly design build mechanical contractor. |

Andrew AllenAfter an All-American football career at Williams College and a B.A. in Economics, Andrew Allen, a native Vermonter, took the reins of County Data Corporation, a database marketing firm. After running the company for five years, Andrew sold it to InfoUSA in 1996, and led the transition company for another two years. Andrew Allen is fueled by a passion for making Vermont businesses successful, and founded VermontDesignWorks.com in August 1999 with the goal of helping Vermont companies grow and compete. In the early 2000s, Andrew expanded the mission of Vermont Design Works and partnered with Electronic Performance Learning to help create and manage ePL for Residential and ePL for Commercial.
